A SHORT ABSTINENCE FILM, SHOT ALL ALONG THE SEINE.

the water gathering beneath the boy’s eye is rain. deals vanish as the correspondence between former
lovers grows tinny. their love was not bored of their bodies, rather a congruent method of facing the
world. what spindle doesn’t grow dizzy – they asked and placed their privates in separate containers.
gym pants and rubber sock – the gender part there could be mixed up. diluted in the films message is
what happens when out of control people simply retreat. a continental movement, the consideration
of dry friends right before entering a body of water. to remove the boots, or to remember how to
swim.

LOOK INTO TANKS

the bloom of damage in a brain
our radiant gladiators
hard winter

the loom of mangers in refrain

managers pour redolent shots stained
with glad-hate and hardened
cider/cinders

the broom of androgyn in the rain

monsoon and carapace, litter the fate
of argued tides replace
the face in the faucet

one moon on the train dipped in fragrance

reminiscent of crater still
water and no dice to toss
the bones I ask you what line

you’d like read, you say
bill the fold and make it
take the next election.
(electro-, elo-, -cution)

who cares most
carries it
least
